Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times
After production, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–15 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Infinite Faith & Grace Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with our print partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
